This room is located on the 1st floor at the back of the building and receives plenty of natural light thanks to its large windows. It features a private bathroom with a shower, washbasin, and toilet, providing both comfort and privacy.

The room is fully furnished and move-in ready, equipped with a bed, desk, and wardrobe. The shared kitchen is spacious, fully equipped, and shared with two other students. In addition, this room has direct access to the terrace, which is a great extra advantage.

The student residence was recently renovated and includes 3 rooms with a shared kitchen and private bathroom, 2 spacious studios with their own kitchen and bathroom, and 1 apartment with two large bedrooms.

At the front of the building, there is a large bicycle storage area, and all common areas are cleaned weekly to ensure the residence remains tidy and well-maintained. At the back, you’ll find a cosy, newly refreshed garden where students can relax, study outside, or enjoy the sunshine.
