HE48 is a renovated student residence with 11 rooms spread across two floors. Residents share a spacious, fully equipped kitchen with multiple cooking hobs, ovens, microwaves, a dishwasher, and a large flatscreen TV. The building has a warm and social atmosphere, as students often cook together or spend time relaxing in the common area.

The residence includes three individual showers and three separate toilets, as well as a garage box where students can safely store their bicycles, with additional bike space available at the front of the building. All common areas are thoroughly cleaned on a weekly basis, ensuring the property remains tidy and well-maintained at all times.

HE48 is located on the Bist in Wilrijk, close to Campus Drie Eiken, Campus Middelheim, and Campus Groenenborger, and also near the UZA, ZNA Middelheim, and Sint-Augustinus hospitals.
